I had the same issue some time ago and I solved in that way I can find xlsx extention in the path specified. Uncheck all three options and click 'OK'. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file. Now open your Excel file. It can be hard to chase down the record that is causing it but it is possible. Hope this helps someone.
