Hitno sam ga odnijela ponovo na veterinu i nakon detaljnog pregleda ljekar je zakljucio da jezic ima ozbiljne unutarnje povrede koje ne moze prezivjeti iz dva razloga: ozljede su preozbiljne,a njegov uzrast totalno onemogucava bilo kakav oporavak. S obzirom da je patio u bolovima, predlozio je uspavljivanje kao jedinu i najhumaniju stvar koju je moguce uciniti za njega. Samo mi je zaspao u krilu, dok sam ga njezno milovala po onoj preslatkoj glavici. Iskreno se nadam da je sada na nekom boljem mjestu, zajedno sa svojom mamom i ostatkom legla, na mjestu gdje ljudi ne muce i ne ubijaju zivotinje bez razloga, jer razlog za tako nesto jednostavno ne postoji. Zakopala sam ga u jednoj velikoj, prostranoj basti koja bi mu bila prelijep dom da je bio bolje srece. Ali nazalost, dogodilo se nesto tuzno. Pa samo pogledaj koliko ima zgazenih jezeva. Dosta ljudi se izgleda i ne trudi da ih izbjegne ili da prikoci malo. Sama cinjenica da niko od veterinara nema pojma kako se hrani jez govi o totalnoj ne strucnosti nasih veterinara i o nama kao ljudima jer im se ocito nikad niko nije javio sa pitanjem kako nahraniti malog jeza. A mi kao merhametli i fini ljudi koji non-stop Bogohulimo kako nam se nepravda cini na bigajri-hakk i koji optuzujemo citav svijet da su nehumani, licemjerni i zli sto nisu dosli da za nas ginu za vrijeme rata... Kad smo vec kod jezeva, jednom od mojih pasa je jez redovno ulazio u kavez i jeo mu hranu dok je ovaj divljao okolo, lajao i rezao.....
